We make our own Spanish rice here and it is layered in the pan, then we take 8 flour tortillas and fill them with shredded white meat chicken, pico and 3 cheese blend, layered on top of the Spanish rice. Side of our homemade white queso mild cheese and topped with more 3 cheese blend.

cooking instructions
Frozen - Set oven to 275 cook covered for 35 minutes then uncover add white queso bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted
Thawed - Set oven to 325* cook covered for 25 minutes then uncover add white queso bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted
